Quality Issues - Indian Human Hair Exporters - Remi Hair

We wish to inform all our esteemed clients that we have only ONE QUALITY OF HAIR that is shipped to all our clients. There is no second quality or grade - B hair, and we don't deal with any inferior product.

We strongly recommend all our clients to inspect each pack of hair before selling to the retailer / end user. Since we don't directly deal with the end user of our product, we expect our clients to inform any defective piece upon receipt of our shipment. We shall not be liable once the product is sold to the end user.

Clients must understand that we sell the hair at DISTRIBUTOR PRICE and not at RETAIL PRICE. Hence we expect the distributor to address all issues pertaining to the end user after sale of the product.

Once the end user tries our product and returns it back, we shall not be in a position to replace the hair as defective piece since we presume that you would have already inspected the hair upon receipt from us.

For new clients we insist that they buy and see a few pieces as samples before buying in bulk quantity. We also expect them to be aware of the technicalities of hair before importing.

However if there are any genuine issues pertaining to quality, we shall still consider it as a specific case where the decision lies at the sole discretion of our company.

If there is any quality issue, and the client is planning to return the hair for a replacement, kindly inform us before doing so as we would recommend the mode of return shipment to avoid import tax for us, as this being goods returned.
